RefundPolicy.

01 · Digital goods

The short version.

Everything Rueya sells is a digital product , delivered instantly and not returnable in the way a physical item is. Because of this, all sales are final once access is granted — except in the cases described below, and except where the law gives you a stronger right.

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If something is wrong, talk to us first — we resolve most issues without needing a formal refund at all.

02 · Withdrawal

The 14-day right, and its waiver.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — but only if you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result. At checkout you confirm both, so download or access counts as the start of delivery.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, your 14-day right still stands and we will refund you in full.

03 · Eligibility

When we refund.

We issue a refund in any of these situations:

  • The product is faulty, corrupted, or materially different from its description.
  • You were charged more than once, or charged in error, for the same order.
  • You have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and are within the 14-day window.
  • You cannot access what you bought and we are unable to fix it for you.

04 · Exceptions

When we usually can't.

Outside the eligible cases above and your statutory rights, we generally cannot refund:

  • You have already downloaded or accessed the product and it works as described.
  • You changed your mind after delivery began, having waived the withdrawal right at checkout.
  • The issue is caused by your own hardware or software not meeting the stated requirements.
  • The request is made an unreasonable time after purchase with no fault in the product.

Nothing here removes your legal rights as a consumer. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this list.

05 · How to ask

Requesting a refund.

Email hello@rueya.supply from the address on your account, with your order number and a short note on what went wrong. The order number is on your receipt and in your account orders .

We review every request individually and reply within 3 business days . We may ask a question or two to understand the issue before we decide.

06 · Processing

How a refund is paid.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Once we issue it, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days , depending on your bank or card provider.

When a refund is issued, the associated license and account access to that product are revoked. Refunds are made in the original transaction currency; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences your provider may apply.

07 · Chargebacks

Talk to us first.

If something is wrong, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback freezes the order while it is investigated and is slower than a direct refund for everyone involved — we can almost always sort it out faster ourselves.
